As Miami’s corporate epicenter, Brickell has catered to the business crowd for years, but as new residences and hotels emerge, more and more restaurants settle in the area. New and old, here are 11 of Brickell’s best bites.

Motek Brickell City Centre
This massive location of a Miami mainstay Motek is certainly worth a visit if in this busy neighborhood. This bright and charming cafe offers a blend of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, making it an all-day brunch haven. The menu includes a smoked salmon Jerusalem bagel plate, lahmajun (vegetable-filled flatbread), chips with harissa aioli, and a majadra rice bowl, blurring the lines between breakfast and lunch. For dessert, try the malawach churros (Jewish pancakes) and wash it all down with limonana, an Israeli mint lemonade.

The River Oyster Bar
This Brickell institution has returned to the neighborhood just a block from its original location. Expect the same seafood-centric fare as its gnocchi tossed with crab and truffle, grilled fish, spicy tuna tartare, and plenty of its namesake oysters.

Casa Tua Cucina
This upscale Italian food hall on the first floor of Saks Fifth Avenue at Brickell City Centre is ideal for those who can’t decide what they want. Between the cocktails, panini, pizza, and heartier Italian fare, there’s something for everyone (and plenty of space to enjoy it.)

The Hampton Social
The Hampton Social, a popular mini-chain known for its coastal-inspired menu and “rosé all day” philosophy, has opened in Mary Brickell Village. The menu features New England-inspired dishes like Maine-style lobster rolls and grilled octopus, along with shareable items such as bang bang chicken and calamari. The nautical-themed decor showcases blue and white tones, rope, wicker, and seashell chandeliers. Of course there’s an extensive rose selection on hand, including the just debuted H Rosé, the restaurant’s new wine.

The Henry
Eleven-time James Beard-nominated restaurateur Sam Fox has debuted The Henry, an all-day American restaurant and bar, in Miami’s Brickell City Centre—its first Florida location. Executive chef Orlando Arroyo offers dishes like short-rib potstickers, pretzels with cheese sauce, spicy tuna rice, and lobster truffle pasta. The stylish, large space with seating for more than 250, features a cocktail-rich bar and a ‘ventanita’ serving coffee and pastries from 7 a.m. daily.

Kaori
This Michelin-caliber restaurant offers a modern interpretation of traditional Asian dishes with Mediterranean twists. Diners can enjoy items like foie gras gyozas and bluefin tuna with coconut-lime sauce. The two-story setting features sleek concrete and wood furnishings, a stunning bar, and a DJ booth that transforms into a Japanese listening room on weekends, making it a go-to spot any day of the week.

Komodo

Dirty French Steakhouse
Major Food Group’s opulent, over-the-top Dirty French Steakhouse may be a New York import, but this location is distinctly Miami. With orange velvet-lined walls, animal print seating, a Murano glass leaf chandelier, and a gold leaf ceiling, the space oozes ‘80s excess. Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar
After a decade in business, Edge Steak & Bar has gone through a revamp, including a new name and a new menu. The restaurant isn’t as meat-focused as it once was, offering a more diverse menu with a variety of seafood, steak, and lamb dishes. Try the Wagyu steak tartare, roasted oysters, or the seafood plateau. The chard cauliflower, half-roast chicken, or the grilled Rohan duck are all popular choices for entrees. And for dessert, the pavlova, blueberry cobbler, or guava cheesecake are highlights.
